The Descent follows the elements of the myth, Inanna’s Descent. As we delve deep into ourselves, we leave behind that which no longer serves us. The day becomes a journey into the heart of you. All processes are set within a framework of exploration that is participant-centred & self-guided. By this it is meant that you can only go as deep as you are comfortable & willing to go; each process only offers a doorway & you must step through. Processes include: breath work, body movement, guided visualisation, hypnosis, mapping, storytelling, free writing, journalling & art expression.

Jenneth is a Priestess, Bard & Artisan, with over 10 years experience as a Weaver of Ceremony. Jenneth is a qualified Celebrant, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Transpersonal Art Therapist. At the beginning of 2017, she left the corporate world to dedicate herself to Workshops, Ceremony, Past Life Journeying & Counselling.

The workshop is being held in a boutique space within the forest area of the Central Coast. Places are limited – only 8 spaces available. An Information Pack will be sent to you upon booking.
